Adult Restorative Service and Volunteer Coordinator

We're looking for a restorative leader with a trauma informed, and anti-racist lens to coordinate the CJC’s adult restorative justice services, including intakes, coordination, scheduling and working with the responsible parties for the DOC-funded RJ processes, as well as  the recruitment, training, coaching, coordination and retention of RJ process volunteers.

Youth Diversion Services Coordinator

This position is independently responsible for assisting a large youth caseload of participants from the Burlington Police Department, Court Diversion, and Youth Substance Abuse Safety Programs, to repair harm that they might have caused to themselves, others and the community at large. This position also provides support to affected parties across programs.
