Court Diversion Case Coordinator
One of those pesky flatlanders, I hail from the flattest of lands - the Midwest – but have contentedly called Burlington home for a decade. I love that Vermont offers big city cultural offerings alongside its small town feel and abundant outdoor activities. My career actually started at CEDO – as an AmeriCorps VISTA organizing trades-based summer camps for middle school girls – and since then, I have coordinated pediatric public health initiatives, facilitated Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSAs) for folks transitioning from incarceration, and helmed the host stand at the busiest brunch spot in town. A natural connector and relationship builder, my heart lies in working with people to realize their potential and feel heard. In my free time, you can catch me riding my purple bike around town, facilitating writing groups at the women's prison, frequenting the Vermont Comedy Club, Afro-Modern dancing, and trying valiantly to keep my plants alive. I am not a winter person but love Vermont regardless and am committed to making it inclusive, supportive, and safe for all its residents.
